Notes for core shooter

1. In equipment maintenance, inspection, adjustment, cleaning, etc. The main power supply and the main compressed air valve should be cut off.

2. After maintenance, inspection, and adjustment of the solenoid valve, it may not return to its original state. Pay attention to observation after powering on and ventilation to avoid accidental movement and danger.

3. All parts of the equipment should be stopped immediately when abnormal sounds, smells and other abnormal phenomena occur during operation. After checking and adjusting, a manual idling test run must be carried out first.

4. Before starting, check whether there are any guides in the moving parts and whether there are non-equipment operators approaching. Do not put tools and other debris on the equipment.

5. When the equipment is in operation, it is not allowed to touch the moving parts and electrical components.
