Service and Training

1. Installation and commissioning

After the machine tool is delivered to the Demander site, the Demander shall be responsible for the foundation, unloading, lifting, unpacking and positioning of the machine tool. After the machine tool is in place, the Demander shall notify the supplier in writing or by telephone to carry out the fine adjustment level, debugging and static accuracy inspection of the machine tool on the site of Party A (the inspection items shall be carried out according to the above provisions). The supplier shall bear the difference and accommodation expenses during the commissioning period.

2. Warranty period and scope

The quality guarantee period is 12 months from the date of arrival.

During the quality guarantee period, the supplier shall provide the Demander with timely maintenance services and necessary spare parts free of charge.

The appearance or internal damage of the machine due to improper operation and self-disassembly and modification caused by non-manufacturing quality reasons as well as excessive storage time are not covered by the above warranty, and the customer shall pay the relevant maintenance costs.

Upon receiving the notice from the demander, the supplier shall reply within 4 hours during working hours and within 24 hours during other times. When it is necessary to send personnel to the demander for on-site processing, the technical service engineer in the technical service center of our company located in the area shall be responsible for ensuring timely service. After the warranty period, the supplier will still provide online services and technical guidance free of charge. Provide timely supply of spare parts to customers at favorable prices. When it is necessary to send personnel to the site for maintenance, the corresponding travel costs and working hours will be charged according to the supplier's standards.

Step 3: Training

After the Contract comes into force, the Supplier shall provide the Demander with a 2-day training program at Party B's factory free of charge. The travel expenses and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the Supplier. Make an appointment with the supplier before training.

The supplier shall complete the commissioning and acceptance of the machine tool at the site of the Demander, and provide the Demander with 1-day on-site training on the operation and maintenance of the machine tool.
