The blade is correctly installed

 

1, before the tool installation, first check the wear of the knife, such as broken edge, serious wear and other defects, replace the new knife or this to be repaired before use.

2, before installation, the relevant surface must be cleaned and wiped clean, carefully remove the washer and hole puncture, to prevent dirt and puncture affecting the accuracy of the tool installation position.

3. When clamping the tool with the washer, the two ends of the washer must be parallel to each other as far as possible. If it is found that the milling cutter is crooked after installation, the position of the washer should be adjusted to minimize the cumulative error of the washer. Until the rear milling cutter is not swaying.

4, when the taper shank milling cutter installation, the taper between the milling cutter, the middle sleeve, the main shaft must be consistent, as far as possible to make the installation center and the tool center concentric.

 

After the tool handle is inserted into the spindle, pull the milling cutter tight with a tension screw. It should be noted that the direction of the milling cutter rotation must be consistent with the thread direction of the tie rod, so that the tie rod thread is connected to the milling cutter more tightly in the rotation, otherwise the milling cutter will have the risk of falling out.

6, without affecting the processing, try to make the milling cutter close to the main shaft bearing, and make the hanger bearing as close to the milling cutter as possible. If the milling cutter is far away from the main bearing, a mounting bearing should be installed between the main shaft bearing and the milling cutter.

7. When installing the milling cutter, the key should not be removed. Because there is no key on the cutter shaft, if the force is uneven in milling or in the case of heavy load cutting, the cutter often slides, then the cutter shaft itself bears a lot of radial resistance and resistance, which is easy to bend the cutter shaft and damage the fixed gasket.



8. After the milling cutter is installed, check the relevant washers and nuts again to prevent loosening. Use a dial indicator to check the diameter skip or end skip of the milling cutter to see if it is within the allowable range.

9. After the knife shaft is removed, it should be hung on the shelf to prevent the knife shaft from bending and deformation. In special cases, when horizontal storage is required, wood chips or other soft items should be padded to prevent scratches and deformation
